DAY 1 – Labuan Bajo – Denge – Trek to Wae Rebo

Pick up from hotel or airport in Labuan Bajo, scenic mountain drive approximately 4–5 hours to Denge Village as the trekking starting point with lunch stop along the way, begin 2–3 hour uphill trekking through forest and hills to Wae Rebo Village, traditional welcome ceremony upon arrival according to local custom, free time to explore the village and interact with the Manggarai community, dinner and overnight stay inside a traditional Mbaru Niang house. Overnight: Wae Rebo Village (shared traditional house).

DAY 2 – Wae Rebo – Denge – Labuan Bajo

Enjoy peaceful sunrise and fresh mountain atmosphere, breakfast with local family, trek down to Denge Village (2–3 hours), drive back to Labuan Bajo through scenic Flores highlands, drop off at hotel or airport. Tour ends.
