Travel Itinerary
- Day 1 – Arrival in Ende • Moni
- Upon arrival at Ende Airport, meet our team for pickup, visit the local traditional market to experience daily life in Flores, then continue the scenic drive to Moni Village located at the foot of Mount Kelimutu, known for its cool mountain atmosphere and peaceful surroundings. Check-in and overnight in Moni.
- Day 2 – Kelimutu • Bajawa
- Early morning departure to Kelimutu to witness the spectacular sunrise over the famous Three Colored Lakes, a unique volcanic phenomenon where the crater lakes change colors due to mineral reactions. After sunrise, continue a scenic countryside drive through rural Flores with stops at traditional villages before proceeding to Bajawa, the cultural heart of the Ngada tribe. Overnight in Bajawa.
- Day 3 – Bajawa Cultural Exploration
- Visit Bena Traditional Village, a well-preserved megalithic village featuring traditional thatched houses and ancestral stone monuments set against Mount Inerie, continue to Gurusina Village to observe authentic Ngada architecture and traditional weaving culture, relax at Malanage Hot Spring surrounded by tropical forest, and visit a local coffee plantation to taste original Flores coffee. Overnight in Bajawa.
- Day 4 – Bajawa • Ruteng
- Drive toward Ruteng with a stop in Aimere to observe the traditional arak (local palm liquor) distillation process, continue to Liang Bua, the archaeological site where Homo floresiensis fossils were discovered, then visit Cancar Spider Web Rice Fields featuring a unique spider-web-shaped rice field pattern that represents Manggarai's traditional land distribution system. Overnight in Ruteng.
- Day 5 – Ruteng • Wae Rebo
- Drive to Denge Village and begin a 2–3 hour trekking route to Wae Rebo, a remote mountain village famous for its iconic cone-shaped Mbaru Niang houses and recognized for cultural preservation, participate in a traditional welcoming ceremony and experience authentic village life while staying overnight inside a traditional house.
- Day 6 – Wae Rebo • Labuan Bajo
- Enjoy sunrise over the mountain landscape in Wae Rebo, trek down to Denge Village, continue the scenic drive to Labuan Bajo with beautiful coastal and hill views, stop at a sunset viewpoint overlooking the Flores Sea before checking in at the hotel. Overnight in Labuan Bajo.
- Day 7 – Komodo National Park Boat Trip
- Full-day island hopping adventure in Komodo National Park starting with sunrise trekking at Padar Island offering one of Indonesia's most iconic panoramic views, continue to Komodo Island for a guided ranger walk to see the legendary Komodo dragons in their natural habitat, relax at Pink Beach known for its rare pink-colored sand, snorkel at Taka Makassar a beautiful crescent-shaped sandbank surrounded by crystal-clear waters, and swim at Manta Point where manta rays are often spotted depending on sea conditions. Return to Labuan Bajo and overnight at the hotel.
- Day 8 – Departure
- Free time until transfer to Labuan Bajo Airport for your departure. End of Trip.
